How to add meta title & meta description on filtered collection pages? I am using DEBUT  theme. 

Like this is my collection page: https://omarteststorebd.myshopify.com/collections/all

here is my filtered collection page: https://omarteststorebd.myshopify.com/collections/all?filter.p.product_type=Food

I want to add meta title & meta description on filtered collection pages! How is it possible?
