How to add Product Ratings to ticker?

I would like to add the product ratings to my horizontal ticker (Shrine Theme). I do not know how to do this. Is there an app or instructions out there? I am not successful via Google. I current have LAI Product Review, but I don't think that app is designed to be displayed on a ticker. Please advise. Thank you!

To whom it may concern,
My store URL (under construction) is freskyn.com.
Via Shrine Theme, I would like to add an dynamic product ratings (for
example: *****4.9 Ratings by Verified Buyers) in the Horizontal Ticker (or
Announcement Bar or Header). Please reach out if you have additional
questions or need additional information (ie. screenshots).
