How to add the phone number in the customer register page and order page

Good Day,

We are facing an issue in the check out order page as there is no option to add the phone number for the customers, and in the section of registration also for the same, so please help us the fix the issue asap

we need the phone number option like this

You can enable phone from Shopify admin > Settings > Checkout and accounts
