How to alert warehouse for cancelled local pickup orders?

Hi, I'm trying to create a workflow to alert my warehouse when an order is cancelled so they can re-stock the items. However, I want to trigger this specifically for local pickup orders. I simply cannot find an object that makes this flow work.

"requiresShipping" only seems to work with Gift Cards, not physical products.

I also tried a condition for when the "shippingAddress" was left blank, but I couldn't find a way to specify what blank is.

Any ideas?
