Hi there
We have a customer who has moved location and changed their billing address but as Shopify doesn't allow this to be changed we cannot edit it. Here in New Zealand the billing address has nothing to do with the customers bank so I don't know why Shopify won't let us change it. I have looked on the community discussions and seen that people were asking about this in 2020 and the only solution back then was to add either of 2 apps Edit Order by Cleverific (which is $29 per month - far too high just to be able to change a customers billing address!) and Edit Orders - Editify which is no longer supported on Shopify. Really this is so fustrating that Shopify have not addressed this issue in over 2 years!!!
