how to change empty cart page "continue shopping" button destination

Hi. The "continue shopping" button on my cart page when the cart is empty is redirecting to a different page than I want. I'd like for it to redirect to https://hushbug.art/collections/shop-all instead. Any coding help would be appreciated!

My shop is here and I am using the Colorblock theme. Thanks!

1. Go to Online Store > Theme > Edit code of your current theme

2. Open your main-cart-items.liquid theme file

3. Find cart__empty-text

4. Change this code to the URL that you want
