How to change path of policy pages

How can I change paths to policy pages?

I set up policies and added the links to their pages.

The path is like "https://mydomain.com/policies/refund-policy" or "https://mydomain.com/policies/privacy-policy".

I would like to remove "policies" in the path and how can I do that?

Thank you.

*I am using the Dawn theme.

Hi @SEVAS

This is the default URL structure of Shopify so there is no way to change or remove that.

But if you like to have a page with URL like https://mydomain.com/pages/privacy-policy

you can create a regular page instead of using default policies page of Shopify.

Thank you for your answer.

Ahh I see. So I cannot do like "https://mydomain.com/privacy-policy" 😞

Maybe the only way would be that I host headless somewhere else like Gatsby Cloud isn't it?

Thank you! I'm glad I could know we can't change default URLs.

Yes, hosting them on another platform is an idea, but I think it does not matter, you should keep them inside your Shopify store, because they can be shown on the checkout page to build your trust with customers.
