How to change the delivery policies link on product page and cart page

Hello. I would like to change the link on my product page and cart page so that when my customer clicked on « delivery policies », they are redirect to a link I choose and not the automatic politics page from shopify. Is that possible? If so, how can I do this?

I am all new to Shopify, so If you could specify in which template/section I should copy/paste a code or modify a code, that would be really appreciated.
