How to change the value that enables free shipping in the quick cart menu?

Hello, I'm having a hard time finding where I could change the value of free shipping in my quick cart

where it says "Iki nemokamo pristatymo liko $196,04!" the value is set to 200, I would like to change it to $39, but can't find where I could do so 😞

to access the quick cart click on the cart on the top right names "Krepšelis"

Changing the value of free shipping in your quick cart is quite complex but it  could be done on your shopify Admin panel
