Hi there,
I would like to close my store but the email used to set it up is no longer active. As such I can not log on to the site. How do I go about closing my site if I can not log in?

If you're no longer able to log into your store to close it down, our support team will need to take a closer look into things and investigate this further for you! We're unable to look into account specifics via the Community here for privacy and security reasons.
With that in mind, if you could click here and then click the "Continue without logging in" button to be able to speak to an advisor on our team who can look verify your details into this with you in real time!
Something to note is that you will need to close your store and Shopify can't close it for you as per the Close your store help guide here.
