I have a domain purchased and managed via Shopify.
I would like to configure a subdomain I've created with some DNS records.
for example, TXT record for the subdomain - how can I configure it? seems the only place to configure the DNS is under the root domain and I've added a new TXT record with the name of the subdomain and the TXT value. Yet this TXT value can not be found via lookup tools.
note that the subdomain is mainly for emailing and not for creating a second store.
Thanks

Hi @madamror,
It's hard to diagnose this issue without seeing what's been added to your DNS settings. Are you able to share a screenshot of the settings so I can see where the issue may be?

Sure, here is an example of a TXT record i can't access via lookup.
Hi @madamror,
You just need to change the values in the "Name" field.
Instead of entering hello.madam-sylvia.com, you just need to enter: hello
For the bounce record, you need to enter: bounce.hello
Give that a try and let me know how it goes!
thanks. that sovled it
