How to contact tech support for theme-related issues?

I am having trouble! I changed the unlicensed theme to a free one provided by shopify and now I am getting a URL error msg. I would like to speak to someone about how to fix this if possible as soon as possible, please.

If you received an email from the Shopify legal team, asking you to switch themes to a licensed theme, then you would need to reply to that email directly, letting them know that you've made the changes. Once they've seen your email, and can confirm that the old theme has been removed, they'll reactivate your store. This can take up to 48 hours for them to get back to you, and there's not much you can do but wait.

Start a chat, using the widget on the right-hand side of the page, and then say, "I want to talk with a real person" and then click the prompt to initiate a chat with a customer support representative.
