I been looking all over the internet for this thing but i couldnt really find anything, i tried using meta fields but they arent really solving my problem basically
Product 1
works for Company A & B, for models a & c , and for Year 2020 & 2021 - This much is possible but what if a product works for ONLY 2020 for Product A but not for B, that way i cant really classify it in a filter, I wanted to create a filter that classify products according to company, Model & Year and hides if any product isnt compatible with it
I know that, I was wondering if anyone has done it before and would be able to give me a guide or something as I just started as a Shopify/Wordpress Dev
Seems like it could be simple. I would take this but I don't really have time for free task completions right now. Good Luck though!

Customers would need to filter down by company after selecting other facets.
Really though this is one of those things where you have to provide a hands on example, and setup data, and others have to put in time to find if filtering is the right solution for your setup and theme behavior.
For metafield filters If this is an issue of users being able to select conflicting options that might be a basic UX|UI fixed solved by customizing the theme to use radio buttons instead of multiple checkboxes.
Also consider with just those factors it can be simpler to get something together using the tag system https://shopify.dev/themes/navigation-search/filtering/tag-filtering
