How to create custom site in shopify without using any other app

Hey all, I need some guidence regarding shopify. I am new to it.
I have a figma design and wants to convert as pixel perfect on shopify, but finds it is not possible by just editing the themes. So how can I achieve this.
I don't want to use any third party apps.
In design I have to use positions and different CSS properties.

if it is only done by coding in liquid , then share me some guidance there.

By the way you will have to customize the default theme in the code for making design as per figma.

For customization you should have to know about liquid programing, html and js

You'll need to dive into the Liquid files and do a bit of custom coding. Shopify uses Liquid for templating, but for design elements, it's still heavily reliant on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You can create custom sections and blocks by editing the .liquid files to match your Figma layout.

For positioning and advanced CSS, you’ll want to add your custom CSS into the theme's stylesheets, or even better, create a new stylesheet for your custom code. If you're dealing with things like absolute positioning or complex grids, Shopify won't limit you—it's just a matter of adding your custom CSS in the right place. Start by identifying which Liquid files control the sections you’re working on, and then gradually add your HTML and CSS to match the Figma design.

Roundabout it's a matter of making a HTML&CSS&JS version of the design then incorporating a template language.

For further help recognize how broad and vague of a question your asking which is: how to make themes from nothing.

Which is waaay beyond the scope of simple forum contributions.
