How to create dynamic stacking objects

Hi Everyone, 

Can anyone guide me on creating stacking objects on my Shopify website that wobble dynamically?

I’d like to stack fruit images on top of each other, with the stack wobbling either as the page scrolls or on its own. Ideally, this effect would span across multiple sections, but if it needs to be confined to one section, that’s fine too.

I envision the wobbling fruit stack positioned on the left or right side of the section tilted, adding a playful and dynamic touch to the website. I already have images of the individual fruits I’d like to use. Where should I start to bring this idea to life?

Well as your labels say you will need html, css, javascript and liquid for this.

I kind of get the idea but Can you share examples of this kind of section for a better understanding.
