how to custmized email newsletter section seperate before the footer section

i want to add email newsletter seperately before the footer section in the dwan theme could you help me out i am sharing picture as well

you can create an entirely new custom section for the text and add the email form field taking help from the footer email field.

I will say this not that hard stuff but since there is code involved and also will take some time for all settings for that section i will be looking out to charge a service fee for this one. Since you are on dawn i wont be needing access as i can code this out on my development store
