How to delete shopify discounts created by my app when merchant uninstall app

MY app creates discounts for merchants . Now the problem I am facing is that those discount stay there even merchant uninstall the app. 
How can delete shopify discounts created by my app when merchant uninstall app. 
I tried uninstall webhook but when it reaches there I am not able to call any graphql api from there
