How to disable a popup in a new Shopify theme?

Hi, I purchased a shopify theme and a popup for shopify keeps popping up.  I cannot figure out to get rid of it. Need help

It takes about20 seconds to popup. I tried to send screen shot. It won't let me. Send me your collaborate request
