How to disable shipping mail notification to the customer?

Shopify is sending mails to the customers with shipping numbers. It shouldn't, and it is messing with them.

How to disable this notification? I clicked literally everywhere and it will only let me edit it but not disable it.

There is no way.

Most order, shipping, and customer account notifications are sent to customers automatically, and can't be disabled.
