How to edit a duplicate product page to have a custom CTA button instead of checkout?

I currently have a product that I would like to be featured on our site but instead of add to cart, I want the CTA to link to another website that will be selling the product. I've created a duplicate product within the theme but need help working within the theme to customize the CTA. What are the best ways and what part of the code should I be looking at to make this edit?
