How to effectively link GA4 in Shopify and place event code for X Purchase Conversion?

Good day! I'm trying to cleanup our ads accounts and could use some advice, please.

GA4 HELP

If I link GA4 automatically in Shopify and then link analytics > google ads.

Am I good to go? Or are there still some manual tags that need to be placed in the themeliquid?

Does anyone know where to paste the event code for an X Purchase Conversion? In Shopify.

I'm having trouble getting data from this event.
