How to embed a drip email campaign in the Gain theme without custom HTML?

I am using the "Gain" theme and am wanting to embed a drip email campaign to a page. Upon closer inspection, I have no "Custom HTML" section to add in the supplied HTML from drip to embed the campaign. 

How would I have to go about creating a HTML custom liquid in the code section of my theme.
