How to enable clear cart feature on log out for specific user tags?

Hello!

I need a clear cart on log out feature for my website, would be better if that action is only for a certain user tag ('wholesale')

but it did not work for me. (I added the code in hearder.liquid and theme.liquid)

The theme I'm using is venture.
