How to enable customers to upload their images/videos to homepage?

I need to add one feature to Impulse theme and I think it is possible only through code. The feature which I need is to enable visitor/customer to upload their image and video. Here is the example of which I am looking after www.fentybeauty.com, scroll down at the homepage you will find a section "Upload Your Look".
Let me know how to code for this. If anyone have the code please provide me.

Shopify is not designed to allow adding User Generated Content (UGC). The example you posted in fact is using an external app integrated in Shopify.

In this case is Yotpo and you can check more details in their website: https://www.yotpo.com/

Implementing something similar from scratch is not trivial for a web developer and it will take a lot of effort.
