How to enable 'login with password' option on password page?

A few weeks ago I removed the option to login on the password page on our launch page. But next week where going live and we want to give our email subscribers early access via a password. But I can't find where I changed the theme code where I delelted the 'login with password' option. Can somebody help me?

Yes I know I have to change something in the theme code. 

I have to add a bit of code so that the option is there again. 
My question is, where to add the code, so which liquid from the theme for example and what code to add.
