How to fix a pending SSL after a domain transfer?

I have had an SSL pending since 6 days ago, what do I do?

I transferred my domain from Squarespace and now the is not working at all with any of the stores and I am losing sales.

Thank you for reaching out! I am sorry your domain is not working as it should. 


I tested the DNS settings on my end and they are all set up correctly and pointing to Shopify, so thats great. However, I do see that the website isn't showing as it should. Since I can not access your specific account information, I recommend contacting our Support Team so they can look further into this for you.
