Hello,
I have received different error messages from Google Search Console just this week related to products on my store. I need help figuring out why these are happening after more than a year of being open and how to correct them.
From GOOGLE:
To the owner of figleafcoffeecompany.com:
Search Console has identified that your site is affected by 2 Merchant listings structured data issue(s). The following issues were found on your site.
Invalid object type for field "brand"
Invalid string length in field "description"
Search Console has identified that your site is affected by 4 Product snippets structured data issue(s). The following issues were found on your site.
Missing field "aggregateRating"
Missing field "review"
Missing field "priceValidUntil" (in "offers")
Missing field "offerCount" (in "offers")
Any help in understanding why this is happening now and how to fix them would be great!
I am having the same issue now. Were you able to find a resolution?
I tried working with Google directly but that was a waste of time. I really didn't find a true solution to this issue but what I did find pointed me in the direction of just leaving the errors alone. I haven't noticed a drop in traffic from Google or decrease in purchases related to clicks from Google Ads so I left them alone.
Hope that helps.
