How to fix mobile CLS and LCP errors in Google Core Web Vitals?

Hello,

In my Google Search Console Core Web Vitals for mobile, all my pages have 'errors' with CLS issue: more than 0.25 (mobile) and 'needs improvement' on LCP issue: longer than 2.5s (mobile).

I need help in fixing that so that pages don't have errors. On desktop, they're all okay at the moment.

Do you have any fixes for this or know someone who can help?
