How to fix the 'Liquid Error' after removing conflicting code?

I removed conflicting code last night in order to add an app. This has now appeared. Any suggestions?

The error is caused maybe due to snippets folder on theme missing file digismoothie-giftbox.liquid and sca.freegifts.liquid (maybe you installed this app https://apps.shopify.com/gift-box)

Due to files code from 3rd party app so I suggest you connect to the app for support add file missing again (or remove code app if the app uninstalled)
