How to fix these lines of text going off the slideshow on desktop only?

Please scroll down to "How we feel about specialty coffee", notice how the line of text is partially off of the picture.

Also, it looks like the pictures in the slideshow have become different dimensions, again only on desktop. How to fix this?

Because the sizes of the original images are not equal, when displayed on the slide they will not be equal.

You should change to images of the same size for better display.
