How to Get Payment Details if payment made in local currency

Hi Guys,

Our Client has a website which is accepting the payment in local currency however we have an integration in which we are capturing the payment in SGD only, for the order we are getting the payment in both the currency which is fine however issue is while getting the payment from order transaction API which is only returning the local currency's payment - we are creating the various transactions destination system based on the payment method which also includes a gift card also. 

We have tried to access the payment API but are unable to get it as it requires a public app however we only have a private app.
