How to get rid of this sticky sign on the pages?

Hi there,

I got a store setup with the Origin theme. Looks nice and runs smoothly. However, all of a sudden, there is a sticky sign ( big "S" symbol with an "Action" button next to it) showing on the homepage and other pages as well.

Attached is the screenshot. I checked everywhere and couldn't find any setting related to this.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Hi Alex, thanks for reaching out!

Most likely, it is only visible to you because you're the owner. It won't be visible to your store visitors.

To check if that's the case, you can try opening your website in incognito mode.

1. Open incognito mode on chrome - Press Ctrl + Shift + N (for windows) or Cmd + Shift + N (for mac)
2. Then copy and paste your store URL into the browser's address bar.
3. Check if the sticky sign is gone.

Thank you so much for pointing it out. Yes, I checked it in incognito mode and didn't see it. Also, I checked it from my cell phone and didn't see it either.

Just out of my curiosity, what could cause this? I set the store up a month ago and never saw it until yesterday. I installed two apps yesterday and afterwards saw this. Thought it was caused by those apps so I deleted two apps but it's still there. It doesn't respond when I click it.

Meanwhile, another Shopify store of mine with a different account doesn't show this at all. Feel strange.
