How to handle unexpected URLs in Google search console for my store?

Hi, 

I have discovered hundreds of URLs that I have never created for my Shopify store on my Google search console.

Examples are: 

https://hourglasswaist.com.au/products/waist-belt?pr_prod_strat=use_description&pr_rec_id=1f9b8656f&...

https://hourglasswaist.com.au/wpm@0.0.296@b5837980w7bcadfe3p20a28281m8e5071b1/web-pixel-shopify-cust...

https://hourglasswaist.com.au/products/weighted-hula-hoop?pr_prod_strat=description&pr_rec_id=bebe86... 

https://hourglasswaist.com.au/products/waist-trainer-pro?variant=35240823292060

I have reached out to Shopify about turning these pages into 410s however it is not a possibility, unfortunately.

Their recommendation is to 301 redirect them back to their product pages or homepage. 

Has anyone come across a similar issue? The pages themselves are only a problem as I am concerned they create duplicate content and Google crawling issues, all affecting my site's SEO. 

Any help or comments would be greatly appreciated.
