How To Hide Image With Text Only On Mobile

Hi, I want to hide an image with text banner only on mobile. I'm using the Ride theme.

Hey I couldn't find theme.scss. Here's a photo of my editor. I also attached an image of the section I want to remove from mobile but keep on desktop. Thank you
