How to import offline purchase history into user profiles?

Hi there,

Many of our clients would like to have their currently owned products displayed on their user profile. This is also useful for us as we'd like to see all user's products through Zendesk.

However, these were not purchased online, so we'd have to add them manually.

Is there a way to import this kind of data in a better manner than our current create-custom-order-of-$0 on user profile way?
