How to integrate a third-party npm library into a product page?

I'm having trouble integrating a third-party library (not app) into a Shopify store. Basically I'm trying to integrate accordion-js (npm library) into a Shopify product page. I have a <link> and two <script> tags for the library, but I don't know where to place them. I can provide a Loom video if you need more details!
