How to know what the issue of the product is for not showing on Facebook and Instagram?

Hi! I want to be able to fix the issue of this product so that it can be sold on Facebook and Instagram. Where can I find the details as to why it's hidden from the Shops?

Thanks for that screenshot! Are you able to click on the name of the product to access it's information? Additionally, can you try hovering over the 'has issues' to see if any of the issues populate when doing that?
