How to make all pictures the same size and match up the title of the products?

In the first picture, you can see how the title's of the products are all in random spots. In the second picture you can see how much bigger the brush on electrical tape image is. 

Both of these are recurring problems throughout my website in multiple collections. Wondering if anyone can help?
