Hi! I am trying to make only the first slide of the slideshow have a transparent background to mimic the look of an 'image banner' (screenshot below). I would like the subsequent slides to keep the white background that they currently have. I was not able to figure out how to accomplish this by updating the code.
My url is: Bluefin Studio (bluefin-studio.myshopify.com) and password is thaglu
THANK YOU in advance!
Hi,
Edit code > Assets > theme.scss.liquid" or styles.scss.liquid. > check the css section for styles the slideshow text box background
Identify the CSS class or selector something like ".slideshow .slide:first-child .text-box" or similar
Add the following CSS property
background-color: transparent;
Save > preview and publish
Hi! Thanks for your reply. I don't think I have theme.scss.liquid" or styles.scss.liquid under Assets. Any thoughts?
