How to make text box appear when checkbox is checked?

Hi, 

I'm trying to add option of custom greeting card message on product page. I put there checkbox "Add greeting card" if client want to add card to the order. But now i need a text box to appear when checkbox is checked so client can put there custom message. And somehow this message should be connected to the order so i can see it in my shop orders. My current shop theme is Prestige 7.3.6

It require shopify liquid and javascript code and need to work directly on the store.
