How to make to appear on the working site in the same way as in the preview

I installed the purchased theme. And now I have the discounted price displayed only in the preview version of the site.  I don't understand what could be the problem.

Have you enabled the sale badge in the customize. If not go to customize and open the collection page then click on the tick on sale badge option.
