How to migrate from Etsy after a certain passed date

I began setting up my Shopify months ago and then it got too much with staying on top of my Etsy, Depop and other things in life so I had to stop for a few months. When I did set up, I updated all the descriptions, tags etc on products on Shopify so they'd fall into the right categories and look website worthy, and this took a long time. I got maybe 65% through that. In the time (maybe 4 months) that has passed since, many items have sold on Etsy and I've had many more additions to my Etsy store. So, my question is, how do I migrate my Etsy store to Shopify, but only products added the day after my last migration? I don't want to duplicate what's already on Shopify with a mass migration of everything. I never managed to get onto migrating previous sales made from Etsy, and don't know how this would tie in either but any advice would be greatly appreciated. I wish I'd never started before now!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with migrating from Etsy to Shopify, to ensure this gets resolved.

To share some insight, migrating your business from one ecommerce platform to another can be complex, but have created a Getting Started With Your Migration Guide to make this transition as seamless as possible. 

It is after you have imported your shop's contents (i.e. anything that hasn't already been imported) to Shopify, you would then begin designing your shop. The focus of the migration process is to bring existing data over, but would not carry the previous design and/or theme. For more information on what is carried over I would recommend checking out our Step 2: Importing Your Store's Contents To Shopify documentation.
