How to only show only selected variants and hide the ones that are not selected DAWN THEME

Hello, 

I have this problem where my store has too many variants, and if all the variants are shown it's quite overwhelming for the customers.  Here is an example to better illustrate the problem:

Any one knows a way to just show the selected variant options, and not the ones that are not "on stock" or that don't match the variant description.
