How to order sizes smallest to largest (S M L XL ) not alphabetically (L M S XL)

Is there a way to change the order of the sizes without going through everything individually?  All of our products are showing up in alphabetical order example: L M S XL  and I would like it to show as S M L XL but not have time to change every product individually.

You could use the https://apps.shopify.com/eushopa-toolkit app. Choose Bulk Edit -> Products, select desired product criteria (start with 1-2 products first to test, when happy choose an entire collection), and choose to Sort options. Copy-paste from Example the desired sort order and Save:
