How to Pass URL Parameters with buy now button

I am new to shopify and want to sell advertising products via a buy now button on our website. 

How can I pass dynamically created things like a custom price, customer ID number, invoice number etc through the BUY BUTTON?

These params would be created locally from choices made by the customer.
