How to print jewelry labels using Dymo 550 on Shopify POS?

I am new to Shopify POS.  I have a brick and mortar store and need to print jewelry labels.  I have the dymo 550 and tried the label 30373 but it doesnt seem to print.  Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I sell quite a bit of jewelry.

Happy to help! When attempting to print, are you receiving any errors? Any screenshots/video you can provide of what you are encountering on your end would be great. From there we can isolate any potential causes.

im not getting any errors it just doesnt print correctly on the dymo label 30373.  will attach  a pic of how it looks.

Also having the same issue - supports a very limited amount of Dymo labels. Is there an equivalent in the app for Dymo 30373?
