How to print the Order ID in the order confirmation page in a custom message?

Hi,

I would like to print a message with the order ID along with instructions on what to do when the client selects wire transfer as payment method?

I basically want to show the bank details to make the transfer to along with a text saying that they should use the Order ID (and printing it in the message) as wire concept.
