How to redirect powered by shopify link to another url in footer?

Hello, I'm trying to link my business website to my business name in the footer of a client's website. I tried a few things that worked but haven't been able to maintain the theme's font and style? I attached below what I'm working with but it always redirects to Shopify.

You need to replace the {{ powerd_by_link }} with <a href="https://www.ninety3la.art/ ">NINETY3LA.ART</a>
