How to Reduce Initial Server Response Time in Shopify

hey Shopify Community,

I am facing an issue which is Server response time is high

I came to know the solution of this as someone just told me to Optimize server-side processes and implement caching strategies.

Now I am unable to understand this statement how can I do this in Shopify or what did he meant by this. Please help me with this.
