How to remove all Google trackers and Reinstall them

What would be the best way to remove all Google tags and analytics from my website?

Reduce unused JavaScript is giving me poor performance on my website.

I want to make sure the issue is not related to redundancy on Google tag, therefore I would like to remove all files related to Google tagging and analytics to start from scratch and reinstall them.

2. Check the Google Sales Channel 

3. Check the preferences section
